No meio de uma crise é loucura pensar em mudar de trabalho ou carreira?
Existe um conto sobre um discípulo e um sábio que juntos foram visitar uma família pobre. Uma vaca leiteira era o único meio de sustento da família na ocasião.
O aprendiz recebeu a ordem do mestre para empurrar a vaca no precipício quando a família se afastara. Ele cumpriu a ordem contrariado, depois afastou-se do mestre e culpou-se pelo ato durante muito tempo.
Anos depois, retornou ao local curioso para saber como a família pobre sobrevivia e surpreendeu-se com a prosperidade daquelas pessoas, que agora viviam em riqueza.
Questionou à família o que ocorreu, e eles contaram: “depois de perder nossa vaca por conta de um acidente no precipício, não tivemos outra alternativa a não ser buscar trabalho, e assim, descobrimos nossas capacidades e as potencializamos.”

O quanto está temerosa por dar importância para perdas, quando poderia escolher preencher-se com todas as oportunidades de desenvolvimento, aprendizado e de aventurar-se em viver novas experiências?
Quem disse que você vai deixar de ser alguém para ter outra profissão, quando você irá na verdade ampliar mais atividades?
E por fim, qual é o problema de voltar atrás depois e começar outra vez se for preciso?
Trazer estes novos pontos de vista não querem dizer que é para você optar pela mudança agora ou não. Só você saberá realmente. Confie em você. E se as dúvidas continuarem, sugiro que busque profissionais e ferramentas que possam te ajudar a se entender melhor.
Quanto mais você aprofundar no “como você funciona”, mais ajudará a expandir consciência e acessar “o que é melhor para você” e assim trará a segurança que procura para tomar decisões.
